Working with Questions/Fields

Information and features vary according to the roles to which you belong and the permissions associated with those roles. For more information, contact your module manager or your campus support team.

There are several types of questions and fields that can collect information on your forms, including textboxes, drop-downs, and checkboxes. Questions/fields are organized into rows and can be arranged to match your preferred order of appearance.

  1. Log in to the Campus Portal as an administrator and access FormFlow - Forms.

  2. Click Manage Forms.

  3. Click on the form you want to update. The admin view of the form displays.

  4. Find the question you want to move, click and hold the drag and drop icon i_drag_drop_block.png, and move the question/field to the desired position.

  5. Adjust the width by clicking and dragging the edge of the question/field's border.

  1. Log in to the Campus Portal as an administrator and access FormFlow - Forms.

  2. Click Manage Forms.

  3. Click on the form you want to update. The admin view of the form displays.

  4. Click on the tab you want to work with.

  5. Find the question/field you want to remove and click the ellipsis.

  6. Select Remove.

  7. Click OK in the confirmation pop-up.
