Texas Success Initiative Student Status
This pop-up lets you view and maintain a student's Texas Success Initiative (TSI) student status information. The information is used in Texas state reports.
The status information is about how the student meets the TSI requirements in each area (such as Math, Reading, and Writing). The student might meet the requirements via a particular course, test, life experience, or a waiver, for example.
You can open this pop-up from the following places:
Manage Advisees page in the Advising Administration hub
A student's Summary page
When the pop-up opens, the system checks whether the student's progress needs to be recalculated. If it does, the Compute Student Progress process runs automatically and adds a new row to the TSI Student Status table (tsi_student_status) for each existing TSI aim. The pop-up displays the most recent information for each of the student's TSI aims. If the student doesn't have a TSI aim, a message says so at the top of the pop-up.

Set Date to Term: You can synchronize the effective date to either a term's census date or its end date. Select a term, and click either the Census or End of Term option.
