Permissions Removed Page

Important

Information and features vary according to the roles to which you belong and the permissions associated with those roles. For more information, contact your module manager or your campus support team.

Use this page to review a list of removed permissions and see who removed the permissions and when.  If you are assigned to a role and the permissions associated with that are removed or the role is deleted, you will be notified via a J1 Web message and a notification banner on your Home page.

When a role is deleted or permissions associated to a role are removed, access to bookmarks, pins, and recent pages related to the permission is also removed.

Notice

Delores Umbridge is in the Academic Advising Module Manage role and access to financial aid information is removed. This means Delores can no longer view this information on the advisee roster, which may impact the courses she recommends to her advisee.

Reasons vary and could be because the role has changed or is no longer needed. Contact the module manager or system administrator who made the update for more information.

Removed permissions will be listed here until you remove them. You may want to keep removed permissions information until you have a clear understanding of what information and features are impacted.
