Workflow

Jenzabar One (J1) Workflow lets you manage processes by breaking them down into stages. Each stage encompasses specific items or requirements that must be completed in a particular sequence. These stages and their items can automatically trigger predefined actions based on rules and conditions, which eliminates manual intervention for routine processes.

Workflow can automate repetitive tasks and orchestrate the flow of work between various individuals, departments, and systems. It can also trigger actions based on predefined rules or conditions that you set up to help reduce, as well as potentially eliminate, the need for manual intervention. You can leverage automation plans to automate task completion based on system events, data that's coming into the system, as well as defined schedules.
Examples of how workflows can be used for processes across your school:
Admissions: automate the collection, routing, and review of applications, transcripts, and other required documents, enable electronic forms and signatures, and track the status of applications through various approval stages.
Facilities: automate processes related to building renovations and cleaning schedules during campus downtime.
Financial Aid: digitize and automatically route financial aid applications and documents for review/approval, use rules to assign work to appropriate staff members, and provide students with status updates on their financial aid packages.
Human Resources: automate the collection and routing of job applications and use FormFlow forms for employees to update information like benefits or addresses.
Registration to handle changes in a student's major.
