View Annual Statements
Use the View Annual Statements setting to set the date employees can view each tax year’s annual statements online.
To make the forms available for employees to view online, set a date in the Date Available column and switch the button in the Show Online column to Show.
From the Employee Administration hub, navigate to the Annual Statement Settings page, View Annual Statements setting.
In the row that contains the tax year you want to set the date for, click Add date in the Date Available column.
Choose the date you want forms to be available.
Click Save.
From the Employee Administration hub, navigate to the Annual Statement Settings page, View Annual Statements setting.
In the row that contains the tax year you want to edit the date for, click the current date in the Date Available column.
Choose the new date you want forms to be available.
Click Save.
The previous five tax years display.
Yes. Use the drop-down to switch between the settings for 1095-Cs and W-2s.
Yes. The Forms Created column displays how many forms were created for each year.
