Advisee Test Scores
Important
Information and features vary according to the roles to which you belong and the permissions associated with those roles. For more information, contact your module manager or your campus support team.
Use this page to review a student's reported test scores. Common tests may include achievement tests, GREs, LSATs, and SATs. These scores can be used to determine if students meet prerequisite or admission requirements, aptitude standards, and course level for admission and/or placement.
On a student's Summary page, click the Person options drop-down.
Select Person and then Test scores. The student's Test Scores page opens.
To filter the list, click in the Quick Filters field, and select a category from the list. You can select more than one filter.
To see all of a test's information, click the Expand icon
.
On a score's row, click the Actions drop-down, and select Edit. The Edit Test Score pop-up opens to the Test Score page.
Edit any or all fields.
Click the Save and continue button. The pop-up advances to the Test Score Details page.
Edit any or all fields.
Click the Save button. Your changes are saved, and the pop-up closes.
Click the Create a new test score button. The Create Test Score pop-up opens to the Test Score page.
Enter the information.
Click the Save and finish button. The pop-up advances to the Test Score Details page.
Enter the information.
Click the Save button. The informaiton is saved, and the pop-up closes.
Any test scores entered on the Test Scores page for the student are shown. The test scores available to be entered for the student are defined on the Test Scores Definitions page.
It may not have been entered for the student yet on the Test Scores page or it may not be a test your school uses for placement/admissions or tracks.
It may not have been entered for the student yet on the Edit Test Scores page or it may not be information your school tracks for this particular test.
When you click on this notification icon , it lets you know:
The score has been reported by the student and not the testing agency. Scores are identified as self-reported when the Self-Reported checkbox has been selected on the Test Scores page.
The student has requested the official test scores be sent from the testing agency and the Requested Scores checkbox has been selected on the Test Scores page.
Note
Self-reported test scores are not included when the Highest Test Scores Recalc is run and cannot be used to complete a requirement for a Candidacy.
