Electronic Payment Tab

Important

Information and features vary according to the roles to which you belong and the permissions associated with those roles. For more information, contact your module manager or your campus support team.

The Electronic Payment tab on the Student Account Details page lets you manage ACH information for subsidiary codes so students can receive refund payments via direct deposit. Multiple accounts can be associated with a subsidiary code, but the account dates cannot overlap.

Desktop Location

Electronic payment information can also be managed from the Desktop Subsidiaries window > Electronic Payment tab.

Note

The Desktop ID field in the Bank section is equivalent to the Routing Number field in J1 Web.
