Workflow Base Permissions
Workflow Base
The default Workflow Base role determines which users can access and work with different workflows and automation plans.
J1 Web users do not need to be in a Workflow role to be involved with a workflow. For general purposes, users only need to be in a role with Interaction Access permissions enabled.
