Events Approver Permissions

Manage Event Approvals

The default Events Approver role allows users to review and approve/deny event requests submitted through the Events module. Events approvers can see notifications in their To Do List and on the Events hub page when new event proposals are submitted. The following permissions allow them to access and review event details.

Permission

Users in this role can . . .

Can view events

Access event details from the event pages and from the Events hub.

Can view event documents

See any attachments (such as seating charts or menus) that are associated with event proposal submissions.

Important

Access to documents may be limited by Document Storage security settings.

Can approve events

Approve or deny event proposals from the Events hub, individual event pages, and also from the To Do List and To Dos block.
