J1 Web Timecards

Use the J1 Web Timecards setting to create timecards in J1 Web. If your institution used the J1 Web timecards feature before the 2019.5 release, the setting is defaulted to on.

Tip

Once the J1 Web Timecards setting is turned on, it can’t be turned off.

If your institution has never created timecards in J1 Web, the setting is defaulted to off. Turn the setting on to start creating timecards in J1 Web and give administrators, supervisors, and employees access to all features related to timecards.

Note

Some timecard features (e.g., employee time entry and supervisor timecard approval) have additional permissions that must be granted on the System Administration hub.
