Electronic Consent
If you would like to receive annual documents online, you need to opt in to the electronic delivery of the individual files.
The disclosure text on the W-2 Electronic Consent page and the 1095-C Electronic Consent page provides further details specific to your school. To receive your annual W-2 or 1095-C forms online, you need to agree to the terms and conditions set by your school.
According to IRS regulations you must provide consent to receive electronic statements rather than paper statements. The consent text created by your school provides the disclosure information and instructions, required by the IRS, that help you make an informed decision when choosing electronic or paper statements.
Your annual statement PDF files will be available once your HR department has generated the forms.
If you see an item that says Currently Unavailable, the form may not have been created yet.
If you see a message "No electronic forms have been generated for you yet" your HR has not generated the annual form yet.
