The options on the On Finish tab control what happens when forms are completed.
Validate Form Users with ReCaptcha
Adding reCaptcha to your form helps ensure that only humans submit entries to your form and not bots. It works by asking the person filling out your form to type the characters shown in a randomly generated image.
Note
To utilize this feature, your school must have a Google reCaptcha account.
Show a Message or Redirect to Website Upon Form Completion
You can show form users a message that confirms their form has been completed, provides additional instructions, or directs them to another website when the are done completing your form. If you select both, the message will be displayed and then the form user will be transferred to the URL you specify 10 seconds later.

Error Settings
You can choose whether form information is sent to the Jenzabar One database when there are data mappings errors with the submission. Additionally, you can customize a default message to display to users when the form data cannot be sent to the database.

Do not mark the form submitted when mapping errors occur | When selected, forms with data mapping errors are assigned a status of "Submit Failed" upon submission, and the form data isn't sent to the ERP database (form data is still stored in ICS_NET). If the checkbox is not selected, forms with mapping errors are assigned a status of "Submitted" and the data is sent to the database. |
Display Error Message | When selected, a text box lets you customize the message that displays when the form is completed and there are data mapping errors. If the checkbox is not selected, the standard system alert message is displayed when the form is completed. |
Log in to the Campus Portal as an administrator and access FormFlow - Forms.
Click Manage Forms.
Click on the form you want to update. The admin view of the form displays.
Click Form Settings to open the Form Information pop-up.
Click the On Finish tab.
Select the Use reCaptcha checkbox.
Enter the Google reCaptcha-provided Public Key.
Enter the Google reCaptcha-provided Private Key.
From the reCaptcha Theme drop-down option, select the color users see when they complete the reCaptcha options.
Click Save settings.
Log in to the Campus Portal as an administrator and access FormFlow - Forms.
Click Manage Forms.
Click on the form you want to update. The admin view of the form displays.
Click Form Settings to open the Form Information pop-up.
Click the On Finish tab.
Select the Display a Message to the User checkbox.
Use the field and formatting options to enter your message.
Tip
You can format text, add images and links, and use @@ to insert form data into your custom message.

Use this message to let form users know the form has been submitted, provide additional instructions, or contact information for more information.
Click Save settings.

Select the Transfer to Web Page checkbox.
Enter the URL for the website you want to send the user to once they complete the form.
Click Save settings.
Log in to the Campus Portal as an administrator and access FormFlow - Forms.
Click Manage Forms.
Click on the form you want to update. The admin view of the form displays.
Click Form Settings to open the Form Information pop-up.
Click the On Finish tab.
Select the Do not mark the form submitted when mapping errors occur if the system should not send form data with mapping errors to the database.
To display a customized message to form users when their form submission has errors, select the Display Error Message checkbox.
Enter a message in the textbox.
Click Save settings.
