Student Life Residence Director (RD) Permissions
The default Student Life Residence Director role is for your school's residence life directors responsible for managing maintenance requests and incident reports, and students in their assigned on-call zone. Actions and access apply to sessions in the RD's on-call zone only.

Maintenance Requests

Can manage keys | Assign keys to residents during check-in and collect keys during check-out. Can change key statuses. |
Can view resident check-in | View check-in information for residents on the check-in wizard pages. |
Can manage resident check-in | Control which features are included in your resident check-in process. Select whether check-in staff can issue Student Keys at check-in, and if Emergency Contact Information should be collected (or required) during check-in. The Check-In Agreement is automatically displayed as part of the resident's check-in acknowledgment. |
