The Student Activities module provides the tools you need to set up and define all aspects of sports and student activities, including the activities themselves, details and levels of participation, types of participants, seasons, staff positions, and student rosters.
Some definitions need to be associated with Activity Types or Participant Types, so we recommend that you create those two definitions first. For example, when you create an Activity Staff Position definition, you'll need to associate activity types with the staff positions. Similarly, when you create a Sport/Activity Detail definition, you'll need to associate participant types with the activities. You're not required to create the definitions in this order, but doing so can streamline the process.
