Vehicle Administrator Permissions

The default Vehicle Administrator role is for your school's administrative users responsible for managing vehicle incidents and violations.

The permissions and access below apply to the Vehicle Administration Hub.

Manage Definitions

Permission

Users in this role can. . .

Can manage vehicle involvement type definitions

View, create, edit, and delete vehicle involvement type definitions.

Can manage vehicle permit definitions

View, create, edit, and delete vehicle permit definitions on the Vehicle Administration hub.

Can manage vehicle violation type definitions

View, create, edit, and delete vehicle violation type definitions, and associate existing sanctions with them. To manage sanction definitions in the Student Conduct Administrator and Student Life Module Manager default roles, separate permissions are needed.
