Subsidiary Control Settings

Important

Information and features vary according to the roles to which you belong and the permissions associated with those roles. For more information, contact your module manager or your campus support team.

The Subsidiary Control Settings page manages several options that determine how statements, registers, and exceptions reports are processed. With these options, you can select the criteria to determine what will be included on statements, the fees added to overdue balances, and the ranges within each aging period.

Note

The settings on this page should be reviewed and updated before you generate statements and the register reports.

Desktop Location

You can also manage these settings from the Desktop Subsidiary Control window.

Database Location

The settings on this page are saved to the SUBSID_CTL table, unless noted differently on the setting details pages.

Permission Required

To access and update this page, you must be in a Receivables Administration role with the "Can manage subsidiary control settings" permission.
