Student Page Registration Approval

This block will show any course approvals that this student has requested, and allow you to approve or deny them (dependent on your role and permissions). After confirming your approval/denial, a message will be sent to the student informing them of the action.
On the universal toolbar, click the Search icon
. The Search panel opens with Person selected.
Enter part or all of a student's name or ID, and select it from the list. The student's Summary page opens.
Click the Person options drop-down, and select Student and then Summary page. The student's Student Summary page opens with the Registration Approval block visible.
Select the courses you want to approve or deny. When checked, the Approve/Deny toggle button becomes active.
Tip
Be sure that you have the correct year/term selected in the drop-down menu in the top right corner of this block.
Use the toggle button to select Approve or Deny.
Click the Apply button. A pop-up window appears to confirm that you want to make this change. Click Yes, process. If your school has automated communications activated, the student will receive a message informing them of your action.
