Secondary Advisor - Access to Students by Academic Program Permissions
The default Secondary Advisor, Access to Students by Academic Program role gives a user the ability to access student information based on the major, minor, certification, and/or concentration a student is enrolled in and that has been enabled for the role. This ensures department heads automatically have access to those students associated with a particular aim. If a student changes majors, the department head can no longer access their information if the new major isn't enabled for the role which they are assigned. Secondary Advisors can only access the Academic Advising hub once they have been assigned to a role with permission to at least one Academic Advising hub feature.
