System Administration Roles and Permissions

There are two main System Administration roles:

  • The System Administration role grants permissions to features related to images, scheduled jobs, system logs, settings, employee positions, calendar settings, and other general configurations.

  • Unrestricted User role that is created during installation. It grants unlimited access to information and features in J1 Web including the ability to create and manage roles including role permissions and assign users to roles.
