Calendar Syncing

Access the Account and Preferences page or click on the Sync option from the Home page calendar.

Go to the Calendars section, Google Calendar options, and click Turn sync on at Google.

If you are logged into your Google account, proceed to Step 4. If you are not logged into your Google account:

1. The Google Account login page appears.

2. Enter your Google login name and password.

3. Click Sign in.

Click Allow on the Manage your calendars verification page to grant J1 Web access to your Google calendar information. The J1 Web Account and Preferences page opens to show a list of the Google calendars associated with the Google account.

Select the checkboxes of the calendars you want to sync with your J1 Web calendars. Once selected, the events, appointments, and meetings associated with the selected calendars will appear on the J1 Web Home page calendar, Universal Toolbar calendar, and in the Calendar Center.

Access the Account and Preferences page or click on the Sync option from the Home page calendar.

From the Calendars section, Microsoft Outlook Calendar options, click Expand to set. to see your available Microsoft Outlook calendars.

Select the checkboxes for the Outlook calendars you want to sync with J1 Web. Once selected, the events, appointments, and meetings associated with the selected calendars will appear on the J1 Web Home page calendar.

Access your Home page calendar to review the Outlook calendar events that have been added.

Access the My General Settings page.

From the Calendars section, Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook Calendar options, click Enter account settings to open the Calendar Account Settings page.

Slide the Calendar Syncing option to Off.

Click Update.

Access the My General Settings page.

From the Calendars section, select or deselect the checkboxes to choose which Google/Outlook calendars appear on your  J1 Web Home page calendar.

Deselect the checkboxes of any Google/Outlook calendars you no longer want to appear on your  J1 Web Home page calendar.

From the upper left-hand side of the calendar, click the Viewing number of Calendars link.

Click on the boxes next to the calendars you want to see or click Show All to display all available calendar events.

Click Update to close the calendar options and see the selected calendar events.
