Data Management Permissions

The default Data Management role is for administrators that manage how data is imported into the system.

Data Mapping Template

Users with this permission should have an understanding of the database and where data should be stored in the system as well as who in the system needs access to the .

When creating the data mapping template, the user can use associations to determine what other roles can import the data and review data being imported.

Can manage data mapping templates

Create, update, delete, activate and deactivate data mapping templates. Data mapping templates are associated with forms and files being imported into the system. They specify where the data is stored in the Jenzabar One database.

These permissions are for users responsible for importing files.

Access block settings on the Data Management Summary page. This permission lets users add and update custom content blocks as well as remove, activate, deactivate, and reorder Jenzabar-provide and custom content blocks on the page.
