Associated Automation Plans Block

Important

Information and features vary according to the roles to which you belong and the permissions associated with those roles. For more information, contact your module manager or your campus support team.

This block lists all of the automation plans where the selected interaction is used. If a plan is scheduled, you can see when the interaction will actually go out to recipients.

To review and update the automation plans the interaction is a part of, click the Manage associated automation plans link. The Automation Plans page appears with the sets filtered to show those that include the interaction.

Note

You must have the appropriate role and permissions to make changes to the automation plan.
