Event Participants Block
Important

The Event Participants block tracks invitee responses before an event starts, participant check-ins when an event is in progress, and attendance totals when the event ends.
Note
For a multi-part event, attendee lists are independent of one another. If you created a separate invitee list for each sub-event, there will be separate attendee lists for each sub-event.
Upcoming Events
For upcoming events, the Event Participants block allows for quick reviews of the current response count. You can stay up-to-date with the number of expected, registered, declined, canceled, and no response received participants as well as access a full list of participants and view a participant's page.
Events In Progress
For events In Progress, the Event Participants block shows the running status of participants, including the number of expected, unexpected, and registered (if the event has pre-registration).
Completed Events
When the event is Complete, the Event Participants block shows the final counts of registered attendees and guests as well as unexpected attendees. You can review event metrics on how many were invited and out of those, how many attended and registered, if there were any unexpected guests. You can see how many invitees did not attended and if they simply did not show or accepted the invitation, but then canceled or declined the invitation. Unexpected guests is broken out to show you unexpected participants versus unexpected guests of participants.
This block only appears when registration is required for a scheduled single, main, or sub-event. If registration is not required for an event or sub-event or the event is not scheduled, then the block isn't visible.
Click View all event participants to open the Event Participants page.
Click the name of the event participant to open their general information page.
The Variance column shows the difference between expected guests and actual attendees.
