Student Housing Check-In and Check-Out

The student housing check-in and check-out feature allows you to see information for the check-in group that you have been assigned to. The start time for checking in and any other information or notes, such as meeting place or items to bring, are displayed here also. After you check in, you can download your signed check-in agreement.

This information will only be available if a Campus Portal Administrator has set it up, and you have been assigned to a check-in or check-out group.

  1. Log in to Campus Portal.

  2. On your Home page, in the left-hand sidebar, look for the Check-In and Check-Out feature link. Click it.

    Your school may have renamed this feature.

  3. Select the session you want to see information for in the drop-down menu.

  4. The Begin date and time display, along with any notes that an administrator has added.
