Student Activities User by Activity Permissions
The Student Activities User role is intended primarily for coaches who need to manage staff and student rosters. The features that users in this role have access to reside primarily in the Student Activities Administration Hub and Student pages.
Note
This role includes an Associations tab that allows role administrators to control the user's access to specific activities. For example, coaches can be given access only to the sports they work with and not to non-sports activities (such as student government or Greek organizations) or sports they aren't involved with. See Create Role for more information.
Manage Seasons
Actions and access apply to activity seasons. All permissions are enabled by default.

Can manage activity seasons | Create, edit, and delete activity seasons. |
Can manage activity seasons year/term | Create, edit, and delete an activity season's year and term on the Activity Seasons page. |
Can manage activity seasons roster | Create, edit, and delete the activity seasons roster on the Activity Seasons page. |
Can manage activity seasons staff positions | Create, edit, and delete activity season staff positions on the Activity Seasons page. |
Can remove students from activities | Remove students from an activity roster on the Student Activities Administration Hub. |
