Event Page Contacts Block
This block displays the event coordinator and requester names and provides links to their contact information. The contacts can be updated as needed.
Note
For a multi-part event, contact information can be defined separately for the main event and for the individual sub-events.
Note
You can add as many coordinators as needed, but an event can only have one requester.
Click Edit contact. Edit icons appear next to the fields that can be updated.
Click the Edit icon next to the Coordinator or Requester field.
Click the Remove icon to remove a coordinator or requester.
Start typing the name of the new coordinator or requester and select it from the drop-down.
Click Save.
Click the name of the event coordinator to open the event coordinator's page with their contact information.
Internal requesters are people within your school (e.g., a department, office, employee, student group, etc.) that are interested in hosting an event at your school. External requesters are people outside of your school (e.g., a meeting group, alumni, business, etc.) that are interested hosting an event at your school.
