Place Contact Block
Important
Information and features vary according to the roles to which you belong and the permissions associated with those roles. For more information, contact your module manager or your campus support team.
Use this block to get contact information for a place and if needed, make updates.
Tip
There are two ways to update place contact information. Using the Edit contact feature in this block or by selecting Review place details from the Place options drop-down menu.
Click the Edit contacts button. Editing features become available.
For the contact information to be updated, click the Edit icon.
Make needed updates to the contact's name, phone number, or the place's address and click Save.
It may not have been entered when the place was created in Web or the place may have originally been entered in the Desktop application, which doesn't provide contact information.
You may not be assigned to a J1 Web role with permission to update place details. For more information, contact your system administrator or your school's support team.
