  • Set up an email address and phone number for your support team. The designated email address also receives an automated notification when a user has a login issue.

Can view & edit product installs and sign in settings

  • Enter URLs for additional Jenzabar tools including the web server(s) where J1 Web, your JICS Campus Portal, Jenzabar Retention (RMS) and Jenzabar Unity Platform are installed. This facilitates seamless access to important information from other Jenzabar tools. For example, Advising module users with RMS will be able to identify students considered “at risk.”

  • Determine when users will be logged out J1 Web after a period of inactivity, which ensures inactive users are logged out.

  • Enable integrated single sign-on (SSO) between J1 Web. JICS (Campus Portal), and other school sites. Once SSO is enabled, the domain options are unavailable and SSO is immediately implemented. SSO eliminates the need for your users to remember multiple passwords and once they are logged in, and lets them easily switch between JICS, J1 Web, and other school sites.

  • Add and remove network domains. If your school is not using SSO, determine the network domains you want to be used for mixed and network domain verification.
