Review Event Details

Use the Review Event Details page to review and update event information.

Note

For recurring events, use the Manage event occurrences page to update series and occurrence information.

Note

Use these steps for events that have not been scheduled yet. To change the location, date and/or time of a scheduled event, the event coordinator must postpone the event, make the needed changes, and then resubmit the event for location approval.

  1. Click the edit icon next to the section you want to update.

  2. Update the appropriate fields.

  3. Click Update to save changes and close the pop-up.

  4. Click on the event icon to return to the main event page.

Note

To change the location, date and/or time of a scheduled event, the event coordinator must postpone the event, make the needed changes, and then resubmit the event for location approval.

  1. Click the Edit location, date, or  time link.

  2. Remove the current location by clicking the Remove icon next to the location name.

  3. Begin typing the new location name into the field and select the location from the drop-down.

  4. Click the Date / Time Edit icon or click a time slot in the calendar to open the Date and Time pop-up.

  5. Enter the event Start and End times, or select the All Day checkbox.

  6. Add optional setup or teardown times by selecting either the Setup or Teardown checkbox and adding the start and end times.

  7. Click Select to save changes and close the pop-up.

  8. Click Save to return to the Review Event Details page.

Note

After the event is postponed, you can make changes to the location, date, and/or time.

  1. Click the Scheduling options drop-down on the event page and select Postpone event.

  2. Select the Postpone this event button from the pop-up. The event is put in a Postponed status.
