Registration Audit
Use this page to find students who were taking prerequisite courses that were in progress when they registered for the associated course. The process flags them if they didn't complete the prerequisite with a satisfactory grade. The process generates a report of errors, which you can use as a reference for dropping students from courses in the new term because they didn't satisfy the prerequisite.
After the report is run, the process resets the error flags and the waitlist status.
You first select a term, and then build the list of students to process.
The process runs in the background, and you'll receive a notification in the Notification Center when it's complete. There you can see the report.
Fields Included in the Report
The report includes the following fields for each student:

Course
Division
Credit Type
Status
Time
Prerequisites (Optional)
Corequisites (Optional)
Prohibited Courses (Optional)
Repeat Courses (Optional)
Schedule Conflicts (Optional)
Waitlist (Optional)
Override (Optional)
Note
If an override has been granted, then "Granted" appears in this column. Otherwise it's blank. (Overrides are called "authorizations" in Desktop.)
Tip
To include courses that were granted an override, toggle the button so it says "Include". If you want to exclude courses that were granted an override, toggle the button so it says "Do not include".
On the Registration Reporting and Processes hub, click Hub options > Processes, and select Registration audit. The Registration Audit page appears.
In Term, begin typing a year, and select a year/term from the list.
To build the list of students for the report:
Select a radio button.
Student lets you enter students one at a time by name or ID.
Filters let you create a number of filters to find students.
Data Set lets you find students with a data set (called a query in Desktop).
Enter information in the fields that appear when you select a radio button.
Click Add students.
You can add more students using the same radio button or different ones to find more students, and then click Add students again.
Under Options, select checkboxes for fields you want to include.
Under Overrides, click the button to select either Include or Do not include. If you don't include overrides, the report omits all records where an override was granted.
Click Update. The process runs in the background. You'll be notified when it's complete, and you can find the report in the Notification Center.
On the universal toolbar, hover over Notifications, and click Open Notification Center. The Notification Center page opens.
Find your Registration Audit report in in the list.
Click the arrow under View Details. The information panel opens.
In the Information panel, click the Open link. The report opens in a separate tab.
