Receipt Address Block

Use the Receipt Address Block to enter your institution's address. This address is printed on receipts generated by the system.

Database Location

Address information is saved to the SUBSID_CTL table in the following columns. Each column can contain up to 40 characters.

  • RECEIPT_ADDR_1

  • RECEIPT_ADDR_2

  • RECEIPT_ADDR_3

  • RECEIPT_ADDR_4

How to Update the Receipt Address

  1. From the Finance Receivables Administration Hub options, select Subsidiary control. The Subsidiary Control Settings page opens.

  2. Click Edit and then click the Receipt Address Block link at the top of the page to navigate to that section.

  3. Enter address information in the provided fields.

  4. Click Save changes.
