Text History

If Everbridge or Twilio are being used to send texts, the history of texts that have been sent using Jenzabar SONIS to an applicant, student, constituent, faculty, or staff member, will display on the Records menu page Text History. More information on texting can be found on the following pages: Text Processes, Bulk Texting, Texting Provider Accounts, and Twilio Third-Party Integration. Faculty can use the provider to text their students from the Email/Text Class page in the Faculty portal. All text-based Notification Assignments will use the application and texts will be displayed on the Text History screen (provided Everbridge or Twilio are used).
