Bulk Email Prospects/Applicants

Jenzabar SONIS provides administrators the ability to email one or more prospects, inquiries, and/or applicants at a time based on selected educational and biographic information using the Systems hub utility Bulk: Email Pros/Applicants. Recipients can be selected to be sent an email using any of the following filters: Module Status, Academic Status, Department, Term of Interest, Agency, Category Code, Cohort, Division, Institution Code, Program Code, Inquiry Type Code, Level of Interest, Campus, Referred By, Interest, State, and Begin and/or End Date. A checkbox is provided to post the email as an activity on the applicant's record. An option to export the identified recipients to Excel is provided, as well.
