CE Registration Email Setup

Overview

The Systems hub utility CE Registration Email Setup allows administrators to customize the email messages that are automatically sent to CE students as part of the registration process. Click Configure CE Account Setup Automated Confirmation Email to customize the email that's sent to new CE students upon the successful creation of a CE Registration SONIS account. Click Configure CE Registration Automated Success Email to customize the email that's sent when a user successfully registers for courses. You can personalize the email message by using text editing variables.

These email variables can be used to create text specific to the individual user being contacted:

  • #first_name#

  • #mi#

  • #maiden#

  • #last_name#

  • #Suffix#

  • #pin#
