Report File Upload

The Systems hub utility Report File Upload provides users the ability to upload custom Report Files (.rpt and .cfr) and Report Pages (.cfm) to the appropriate directories within Jenzabar SONIS.

In order for a user to upload and use a custom report, two SONIS functions must be completed. First, the user must create a Report Page from the template A_RptTemplate1.cfm by renaming the file with an appropriate file name, such as SONISU_MyReport1.cfm, and then add that file to the root SONIS folder on the Jenzabar SONIS server.

Second, the user must add that page to the system via the Page: Add/Edit function, and the report file associated with the Report Page must be added to the Reports subfolder of the SONIS directory. Then, the user can add the report via the Reports: Add/Edit function.

Users without access to the SONIS server will need to contact support to be provided with the A_RptTemplate1.cfm template file or the standard report file (.rpt or .cfr) if the intention is to modify an existing report and replace it.
