Bulk Activities - Add by Group

Jenzabar SONIS provides administrators the ability to add defined activities in bulk via the Systems hub option Bulk: Activities-Add By Group. One or more users can be selected and grouped using the provided filters. Once the users are identified and confirmed, the administrator selects the activity to be added and submits the process. The activity is added to the user record immediately. Provided filters are Module Status, Division, Department, Level, Term of Interest, Campus, Program Code, Entry Date, Activity Date, Lists, and Activity Owner. If an administrator does not have access to a filter type (such as Module Status) or filter value (such as Prospect), the administrator will not be shown users who meet the filter but are not part of their security options.
