Massachusetts State Reporting
Overview
For those Jenzabar SONIS member institutions required to submit annual reports of financial aid awards to the State of Massachusetts, the Systems menu function, Massachusetts State Reporting, can assist in compiling the reports. School year is the only criterion that must be selected. An Excel .csv file is produced with the data.
Setup
Before any other setup can be performed, your school must have the Massachusetts bit turned on in your database. If it's not already activated, contact Jenzabar SONIS Support and request that they turn it on. This will turn on additional fields throughout the system that are used in the report.
