New utilities allow schools to import financial aid disbursement data from Regent Award and export awards data to Regent Award.

New Seamless Single Sign-On option for Microsoft Azure Active Directory users allows domain-based login to Jenzabar SONIS.

This new notifier, when activated, allows the user to set up the timed task to include all or selected checklist items.

Course/Degree Association has been renamed Course/Degree/Program Association because a student's active program association has been added to the function.

Employment records can now be linked to one or multiple Education records, in order to facilitate graduate employment outcomes reporting.

The Accept/Reject Award page has two additional columns displaying the accept/decline date and the ID of the operator who made the change.

The option to allow students to register for courses restricted to other programs is now available, IF the student has the inactive program flagged with the new "override" checkbox.

Courses can now be identified as variable credit, allowing the student to select the number of credits they wish to enroll in for those courses.

The Excel version of the Award Detail report now includes additional fields.

This report now includes the student gender, ethnicity, and age in both the PDF and Excel outputs.

The Query Builder Reports now support the bulk assignment/update of cohort, division, department, campus, and level with a new button option at the bottom of the results page.

The batch file folder downloader now provides additional security with password-protected zip files.

A program filter has been added to allow assigning advisors by active program.

Majors have been added to the Clearinghouse export. Majors must have CIP codes attached to be included in the file.

The ISIR import has been updated to accept the new 201819 format.

The ISIR Import will now allow the creation of prospect records with ISIR information for any pending online applicants. The option is found in System Variables, labeled "Override OA from ISIR Import."

The transactions import has been enhanced to allow multiple school years & semesters to be imported from a single spreadsheet file.

The XML import function now allows the addition of an entry date field. If this field contains a valid date, it will be imported into the student's record. If it does not, the default entry date set in System Variables will be used.

The feedback about XML file errors has been made clearer for the user.

The Blackboard XML export now allows for independent Blackboard Start Date and Blackboard End Date, which override the course section start and end dates for the purpose of determining when the course section is available in Blackboard. The new fields are available on the course section record for Blackboard users.

This is a new utility in Systems that replaces the "Note Type" entry in Systems/Table Maintenance. Additionally, if a profile is assigned to the note type, it honors non-Administration access settings.

The loan disbursement notifier has been enhanced to include the award, disbursement date, and amount.

Customers now have the option to import online applications with the program record as active or inactive. The default is set with a checkbox on the OA Setup page.

The ability to include non-students has been added. This enhancement allows administrators to get the SAP records of former students whose status has changed due to graduation or withdrawals.

The bulk course section copy list can now be filtered by Campus, Division, and/or Division.

Schools can hide student and alumni balances in the portal Billing utility to allow for payments when pre-billing is being utilized.

When enabled, new alert informs the student registering for a CE course of time/date conflicts and allows them to override.

Course listing display updated to match course listing page that appears after student login.

The CE course URL can now be used in a variety of bulk marketing emails. In addition, the course link will now include an Enroll Now button and can display memo information about the class.

If the Registration Started Delta Days is enabled in Web Options, users now have an additional checkbox to prevent students from deleting a course if the start date is older than the number of days specified in Registration Started Delta Days. This affects registration in Faculty access, as well as in the Student portal.

Institutions can enable a search box on the Courses by Semester page. The box can be used without logging in to the system.

Specific video file formats may now be uploaded to the online application for any attachment type question in the OA Additional Questions section.

The option to include a merchant fee percentage on Authorize.Net credit card payments from Student & Alumni portals is now available.

The Payment Plan Status button within the student billing page can now be suppressed, if preferred.
