Forms
Overview
School administration may require forms to be filled out for various purposes. These forms could be used to sign up for extracurricular activities and programs, respond to survey questions, request housing or parking, acknowledge disciplinary action, or for any number of additional purposes. The Forms page in your portal stores these forms, both before and after they have been filled out and submitted. Any form that has been assigned to your portal and is still marked as active can be accessed through this location.
See Form Builder Forms for instructions on how to create and assign custom forms as an administrator. The page can be turned on and off for any portal through the Portal Menu Utility.
