Balances
Overview
The giving history and amounts owed or paid can be viewed on a constituent's Balances page. The page displays the event that caused the charge, such as a pledge or library charge, the fund the charge will apply to, the date of the charge, the descriptive code of the charge, the amount of the charge, any payments made against the charge, and any associated check number. Balances Display
The Balances page is display only. Each Event is grouped separately with the associated Pledges and/or Payments calculated to provide a total and any remaining amount due.
