Perceptive Imports

Jenzabar SONIS member institutions that receive Perceptive XML transcript files can use the Systems hub utility, Upload Perceptive Files, to import the files. Prior to importing via that process, the file must be validated using the Systems menu utility, Perceptive Imports. The validation process will review the XML in the file to see if all records in the file match records in SONIS, based on student ID, degree, major, high school, or college. If any record does not, it will be treated as an exception and skipped. For information on exporting files to Perceptive, click here.
