Apply Payment

The Financials menu utility, Misc.: Apply Payment, provides administrators the ability to view invoices for students and apply payments to the student's account. The invoices are displayed with the invoice number, campus, total charges, total payments, and invoice balance. Invoice balances can be selected for viewing all associated details. Any payments that have not been applied to the account, including any financial aid or third-party payments, are detailed separately from the invoices and can be selected for application to specific charges, invoices, and transactions.
