Overview

All Jenzabar SONIS portals have the same basic menu areas. The school's administration determines which SONIS functions will be made available and which menus will have links. A school's portal menus may vary in display and content from school to school due to the flexibility in configuration. If enabled, the functions detailed in this article are available for institutional alumni who log into the SONIS Alumni Portal. These include functions to update personal information, look for and apply for available employment, and make alumni donations.

Administrators with access can use the Systems hub page Portal Menu Utility to make changes to the Alumni portal features.

NOTE: The image below shows all the features potentially available to Alumni in the portal. Each school will decide which functions will be available to institutional alumni and the links to features will appear within the designated menus.
