Finance Charges

The Financials menu option Finance Charges allows administrators to search for users with a balance owed, review the balance and interest amount, modify the interest amount, and post transaction codes (T-Codes) in batch. The Financial Search page is used to search for users meeting the desired criteria. When the users have been identified, they are displayed in a list page that allows the modification of Interest amounts. When a Transaction Code is selected for posting, it will post to all users displayed in the list. It is recommended to use caution when reviewing the list for accuracy, prior to posting the selected T-Code.
