Set Events
Overview
The Set Events function, available in the Systems hub, allows administrators to schedule calendar events and reserve rooms for them, if necessary, at the same time. The events can be scheduled as a single event or as repeating events. Available rooms can be searched for scheduling availability based on building, number of seats, number of available seats, number of seats for those needing physical accommodations, and room attributes such as whiteboard and computers. The event can be set up to display only to internal constituents, have an event type associated, and a contact person can be added. Events can be viewed in the various user portals.
