Activity Type Responses

To view, set, and edit activity type responses in Jenzabar SONIS, the Systems hub utility Activity Type Responses can be used. Activity Types and Activity Responses must first be set up in Table Maintenance on the corresponding table. The page can then be used to assign a default response to an activity, as a part of the Users menu Activities tracking process. Multiple responses can be assigned to an activity.
