Notification Assignments & Timed Tasks

The Notification Assignments and Timed Tasks utilities work together to perform scheduled tasks and notify administrative users that they have been completed. Though there are some timed tasks that do not have an accompanying notification assignment, they are generally paired together and should be set up at the same time.
