Score File Upload

The Score File Upload utility, in the Systems hub, allows administrators to upload score files from Scantron that can then be accessed by faculty members. Access to this page is governed by the Import Scores File Type setting in System Variables. To change this setting, contact Jenzabar SONIS Support.

There are two Import Score File Type options for Scantron files. The first provides access to the Score File Upload utility and allows administrators to upload Scantron score files from this page. The administrator must select a faculty member to associate with the scores. These scores are then available to the selected faculty member through the Faculty portal Gradebook page.

The second Import Score File Type option for Scantron files allows faculty members to upload their own Scantron grades through the Faculty portal Gradebook page. If this option is active, the Score File Type utility is not used.
