Award Allocations

Financial aid awards—including scholarships, grants, and loans—are created using the Award Codes utility under the Systems hub. It is here that allocations, the monetary value of each award, are set on a year-by-year basis. Once these allocations have been added, administrators can use the Award Allocations utility to copy allocations from one year to another. This can be a helpful shortcut to make bulk changes when allocation amounts for multiple awards have not changed.
