Health Records
Overview
The Health page Jenzabar SONIS provides a list of vaccinations and other important health records for advisees. The page lists each required vaccination or test whether it has been completed or not along with the date of completion, the result, and the expiration date, if applicable.
In order for advisors to see advisee health records on this page, the Allow Advisors to View Health Records option must be checked in Web Options . Administrators can view and edit student health records through the Health page within the Users hub.
Viewing Advisee Health Records
To view an advisee's health records within the Faculty & Advising portal, click the Adv: Health link. If no advisee was being worked with, the opportunity to search is presented. If an advisee was selected, the health records will display. The records are view only.
